Rocket Singh k ethics.....

Well……..the cast and the crew was good……and so was the movie…..it was very thought provoking actually…..and I’m sure everyone shall develop some respect for the common salesman who comes to our door….or the one who makes tele calls as well. It was only when I started doing calling for my placement team and also for my sales and marketing internship; that I realized how tough a job it is. You do not know what the mood of the client will be like and what you are up against. And hence now whenever I get any sales call on my door or on my phone I am very polite cause I understand that they are only doing their job…..and out of all kinds of rude and derogatory “NOs” a soft “I do not need your services, thankyou” really makes the other person’s day. The sales person gets happy and as a result he performs better….earns more revenue for the company…..which in turn adds to the revenue of the country…..WOW….!! So a polite gesture of ours serves our nation…….even if it is indirect.!!
Honestly I liked the movie, but could not digest the supernova ethical conduct of the actor. Okie I understand that at the end of the day it is a movie and shall be a little on the motivational….or fairy tale kind bends……..yet……the ethics of the guy were just too much……there was a guy in my class who too was known for his ethics……and he always got on to my nerves……not because he was ethical….but because his ethics only helped him…….his ethics were lost when they came in to benefit anyone else…..
Though Mr. Harpreet Bedi(ranbir kapoor i.e.) showed a good moral conduct…….but at the same time……for the young lot….i have an advice………”if you are nice….people treat you like shit” excess of everything is bad………in the real life….there isn’t a rocket singh……or a dumb MD who does not know how to handle a big acquisition….. do get motivated by the fact that dreams do come true and that no one drowns in the sweat of hardwork…..so one should keep working hard……..but be practical…..and not only ethical…
Must watch…..for anyone and everyone who has been associated with sales in some form or the other at some point in life………its fun………..But the ethics were just too much for me………!!
